演題：”Uganda as a host to refugees: Refugee policy, politics, challenges and opportunities”

要旨：Uganda is one of the top refugee hosting countries in the world and number one in Africa. It hosts refugees from war-torn neighboring countries and the region. The seminar looks at Uganda’s legal and policy framework, why Uganda maintains an ‘open-door policy’ to refugees, the challenges and opportunities of hosting refugees.
